What is Counselling?

Counselling is a safe space where you can receive emotional support and guidance. It is non-judgemental, empowering and comforting. We will have a conversation where we will explore what has been happening in your life, how you are feeling and what you might be struggling with. I will ask questions and reflect on what you have shared with me, to help you create new awarenesses. Together we will identify your challenges, what you are hoping to change and where you are needing guidance. I will provide information and skill development activities within our sessions, as well as some things that you can do at home. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help. My goal is to support my clients in becoming the best version of themselves by discovering their strengths through conversations with someone they can confide in and trust.
